Hey there folks, I’m from Ukraine, which was a part of Soviet Union.
I’ve seen plenty of constructions built like this, and many of them are indeed still standing.
The thing is(!) – all of them that share such shoddy build quality were never ever the living homes.
These were mostly tool or utility sheds, rural pit latrines, cowsheds, pigsty, etc. xD
These guys have never seen a level.
This as got to be a wind up.
